Return & Exchange Policy

Thank you for choosing GEEBA products. We are committed to providing you with a worry-free shopping experience.

Return & Exchange Time

  • You can apply for a return or exchange within 14 days from the date of receipt (based on tracking information).
  • If the product has quality issues, you can apply for a return or exchange within 30 days from the date of receipt.
  • Products exceeding the return/exchange period will no longer be accepted.

Conditions for Return & Exchange

  • The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Please provide the original order number and receipt (or screenshot of payment confirmation).
  • The following products are not eligible for return or exchange: customized products, intimate apparel, and products marked as non-returnable.
  • Products that have been washed, worn, damaged, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.

Return & Exchange Process

  • Step 1: Contact our customer service team via email (support@geeba.com) or submit a return request on the official website.
  • Step 2: Our team will review your application within 1-2 business days and provide you with a return address and instructions.
  • Step 3: Ship the product back to the designated address (shipping costs for non-quality issues will be borne by the buyer).
  • Step 4: After we receive the returned product and verify its condition, we will process the refund or exchange within 3-5 business days.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 3-5 business days after we receive the returned product.
  • The original shipping fee is non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product).
  • If you choose an exchange, the shipping cost for the new item will be borne by GEEBA.
  • For returns due to quality issues, we will cover both the original and return shipping costs.

Important Notice

  • Please ensure the product is properly packaged to avoid damage during transit. GEEBA is not responsible for items damaged during return shipping.
  • We reserve the right to reject return requests that do not meet the above conditions.
